We want to let everyone know that G&W is closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19 and as such, have shifted our business operations to keep our employees and customers as safe as possible, while continuing to offer our business as usual services. We are continuing to service our customer’s equipment at their facilities as well as in our shops. Additionally, we will continue to provide short term rental equipment, new and used lift trucks and warehouse products.

  • We have eliminated non-essential visitors to our branches.
  • Our mobile service technicians and sales representatives are no longer reporting to our branches.
  • We have set up parts pick up centers that create sufficient social distancing.
  • All customer visits for in field support are being pre-authorized via phone calls to ensure both our customers and employees are staying safe.

Our key suppliers have not experienced any disruptions in their supply chains, so the parts, equipment and technical support remains strong and in place. Please know that we understand that many of your businesses will not stop during this difficult time. We know that the backbone of this crisis is not only with our medical professionals but also our warehouses and distribution centers. Your work is critical right now and we’re here for you.
