Reconditioned Forklifts
Runs and Looks Like a New Lift
- Replace starter battery. IC trucks.
- Electric truck batteries to be refurbished by certified battery shop
- Starter changed if any signs of sticking or dragging
- Replace plugs and wires. Replace rotor cap and rotor button
- Replace belt(s)
- Replace seat cushion if wear is evident or if torn
- Replace or swap out LP tank if not in new or almost new condition
- Truck frame to be sanded, filled, and painted
- Tires are replaced if showing more than 15% wear
- Replace all stickers unless in new condition

Budget Friendly Equipment
- Normal PM Services to include oil, transmission, differential, brake fluid, as needed based on hour meter at last service.
- Tires inspected for chunks and cuts. 50% or better on wear.
- Spot paint truck to cover up bare metal throughout. No sanding or filling.
- Replace stickers as needed. Safety related stickers to be replaced if not legible.
- Replace seat cushion if torn
- Check LP tank for expiration. Make sure it is in good working condition and full
- Check forks for wear. Replace as needed

Standard Checks on All Reconditioned & Rent Ready Forklifts
- Steam clean lift.
- Complete grease fitting inspection / apply grease to all fittings as needed. Clean or replace fittings as needed.
- Inspect seat cushions for wear / tears and replace as needed.
- Inspect and adjust chains as needed.
- Inspect all hydraulic cylinders for leaks, worn seals, issues with rod, etc…repack as needed.
- Inspect hydraulic hoses and replace per guidelines.
- Verify all dash lights, work lights and safety devices work as required.
- Verify data tag is correct and legible.
- Inspect mast, mast rollers, and attachment slide pads.
- Inspect battery cables and connectors.
- Inspect overhead guard.
- Complete mechanical and operational inspection of forklift.
