We purchased a used pallet stacker from G&W Equipment and have been very impressed and pleased with their service! Our salesperson was very helpful, working with our budget and timeline. We just had a service technician come out to swap the forks, and he was also incredibly professional and helpful. I'm very glad we purchased through G&W and would do it again!

Our purchasing experience with G&W was smooth from start to finish. We showed up unannounced because we were in town looking at other lifts and my boss suggested we stop by and speak to a sales rep. The rep went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Their inventory is plenty and the mechanics do a great job servicing the equipment. We bought a CAT 12k that had quarterly maintenance records and was in near mint condition for a reasonable price. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Delivery was fast and smooth.
